When your institution completes the Free period or surpasses 100 students, your administrator will be prompted to upgrade to an affordable paid tier (Basic, Balanced, or Ultimate). Your data remains safe and preserved.

The system will notify school administrators when approaching capacity. You can easily upgrade to the next tier directly from the School Admin portal with instant capacity expansion.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately so you never experience operational bottlenecks. Downgrades take effect at the conclusion of your current billing period.

Yes! Annual billing provides significant savings: you get twelve months of service for the price of ten months, saving you two full months of subscription fees (~17% off).
